Training log: 9-15 Feb

I have to keep updating this blog on a more regular basis before I forget what I have done for the week. Here goes....

monday:
am) easy run - 8k
pm) long run - 30k in 2:27

tuesday:
am) easy run - 8k

wednesday:
n) easy run w/ strides - 10k
pm) easy run - 19k in 1:29

thursday:
am) easy run - 7k

friday:
n) intervals - 18k w/ 3 x 3k LT/MP
Good run averaging around 3:55 pace with the last km in 3:19 pace. Felt good.

saturday:
am) recovery run - 6k

sunday:
am) moderate run - 20k in 1:23

summary: 124km running - a good recovery week!
